Impact Drilling is a Victorian based quarry and surface-mining drilling company that  started approximately 11 years ago in response for a requirement for a safe, modern and professionally operated drill and blast service provider.

Impact Drilling has successfully operated in many of the quarry and mine sites across Victoria, Southern N.S.W and S.A, offering a range of quality drilling and blasting services backed by our team of highly experienced personnel.

Impact Drilling has expanded to serve the construction industry, working on major infrastructure and Freeway projects across Victoria and N.S.W. In addition we have also successfully completed drilling projects in relation to rehabilitation of worked out and completed Quarry sites.

Impact Drilling also offer blasting services for all our clients. This is delivered by trained industry experienced, qualified shot firers whom are highly experienced personnel. In addition to blasting services we also offer environmental monitoring for Air Blast and Ground vibration.

Impact Drilling continues to grow from strength to strength; diversifying in the levels and range of services we offer the Mining,  Construction and Quarry industries, of which is the core of our business.

Safety

With full documentation including being Nationally Code Compliant, fully insured and using Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Take 5 booklets and work procedures, Impact Drilling is positioned to meet all our customer’s needs.

Services

Impact Drilling offer specialist drilling and blasting services from a team of expertly-trained and experienced drill operators and shot firers, with a wealth of experience in the Quarry, Mining and Construction Industries.

Impact Drilling will ensure excellent blast hole accuracy, good hole cleaning and clearing with smooth and even hole collars for easy charging of blasting products and consumables.

We also offer complete face survey assessments using Laser profile technology with subsequent shot pattern mark up and following the drilling, bore tracking assessment to ensure drill hole accuracy.

The laser technology is also available to our customers for the accurate profiling and modelling of stockpile volumes.

Impact Drilling offer a wide range of drilling services from small to intermediate diameter blast holes or presplit blast holes to anchor bolts, soil nails etc...

Impact Drilling are also complimented with additional Drill & Blast services available from its sister companies, Addrill, based in NSW and Pacific Drill & Blast, based in QLD

In total our drill fleet comprises some 35 drill rigs backed up with an excellent group of field maintenance staff.

Our group currently have Drill and Blast crews working at multiple locations including Mines, Quarries, and Construction projects throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Impact Drilling, Addrill and Pacific Drill & Blast are owned by the Jeminex Group.
